The monthly allowance
Every organization can add, in each monthly billing cycle, without a payment card:
The allowance resets every cycle and has no end date.
Usage is counted by what you add in a cycle, not by what you keep. Scans never count. Editing a record you already have is free. An EPCIS correction is a new event, so it counts as one add.
Always free
Holding, viewing, editing and exporting every record you have are free, with or without a payment card, however many records you hold. So are scans, recalls, printed codes, team members and API keys. Nothing is deleted for non-payment. If you remove your payment card, your organization returns to the monthly allowance. Every record stays yours to view, edit and export, and every code keeps resolving.The rate card
Past the allowance, these are the rates. Everyone pays the same rates, at every volume.
A record count past the allowance is priced in proportion: 50 lots past it cost $2.50 USD. Each line is rounded to the cent once.
The platform fee applies only in a month that goes past the allowance, either by adding above it or by having more than your first enhanced product. A month inside the allowance costs nothing.
Data Delivery is optional. It writes your scan and page-visit analytics to your own storage nightly.

Turning an enhanced product off puts its configuration to sleep. Nothing is deleted, and turning it back on restores it exactly.
